Nia Sita Mahesa, SH, MH

Ms. Nia Sita Mahesa is the founder and Managing Partner of NMCo. Law Firm.

Ms. Mahesa received her Master in Business Law from the University of Pelita Harapan in 2015 with a Magna Cum Laude predicate and her Bachelor of Law from the Catholic University of Atma Jaya in 2009.

Her early career in law started in 2009 at Suyanto Simalango Patria, a boutique law firm in Jakarta, where she was appointed to handle Banking, Telecommunication, and Real Estate clients.

Her passion for Real Estate led her to pursue her career with Ciputra Group from 2011 to 2014, where she was involved in their 1st Sub Holding as Corporate Legal Manager. She was responsible for the real estate broker, Century 21 Indonesia. She had the chance to develop 21 Property Academy, a law property academy, to knowledge the group’s marketing on the property transactions. She was actively contributed to AREBI (Asosiasi Real Estat Broker Indonesia) as one of their Code of Conduct committees.

A new challenge came to her when she was offered the position of Head of Legal of Astra Property Group (a subsidiary of Astra International Tbk) from 2014 to 2019.

She was involved in developing their commercial and residential projects such as Menara Astra, Anandamaya Residences, Asya, and Arumaya. As a property developer, she participated in REI (Real Estate Indonesia). She is knowledgeable in land acquisition, strata title, certification, inland, landed house, and building permits.

Aside from Ms. Mahesa’s expertise in Real Estate, she is well experienced in General Corporate, Trade, Restructuring, Insolvency, Bankruptcy Litigation, Intellectual Property Rights, Medical Law, and Family Law

Ms. Mahesa is a current bar member of PERADI (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia) and actively participates in the bar’s activities.
