Irene Yosephine Soetioe, SH, MH

Ms. Irene Yosephine Soeitoe received her Master in Business Law from the University of Gadjah Mada, Jakarta, in 2014 and her Bachelor of Law from the Catholic University of Atma Jaya in 2008.

Her career started in 2004 as a Legal Analyst in several prominent companies. Lastly, as an Associate Lawyer at the Abdullah Loetfi & Co., a boutique law firm with expertise in Intellectual Property Rights, from 2010 until 2017, where she deepened her Intellectual Property Rights Law.

She has deep knowledge in trademark, patent, copyrights, industrial design, integrated circuits, trade secrets, and domain names.

Aside from her professional life, she also actively participated in Komisi Perwasitan Pengurus Provinsi DKI Jakarta Taekwondo Indonesia).

Ms. Soeitoe focuses on Intellectual Property Rights, General Corporate, Commercial Litigation, and Family Law in the Firm.

Ms. Soeitoe is a current bar member of PERADI (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia), a registered Intellectual Property Rights Consultant at the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights of the Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights, and also Certified Liquidator of Indonesia from PPLI (Perhimpunan Profesi Likuidator Indonesia).
